Shipping
- Dispatch: within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: usually 6–12 business days, depending on your country.
- Shipping cost: shown at checkout – free above the threshold shown in your cart (e.g. €45 in euro countries).
- Tracking: we e-mail you a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
- Payment: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Cash on delivery is not available.
- We ship to: all EU countries except Poland, plus the United Kingdom and Norway.
Buying a Christmas gift? We recommend ordering the advent calendar by mid-November and other products by the end of November.
30-day returns
On top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you have 30 days to return the product without giving a reason.
- E-mail us at kontakt@ciekawki.pl with your order number.
- We reply with the return address.
- Send the product back complete, ideally in its original packaging.
- We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered.
Damaged or faulty products
If your parcel arrives damaged or the product is faulty, send a photo to kontakt@ciekawki.pl as soon as possible after delivery – we will replace it or refund you free of charge. Details in our Terms & conditions.
